In April 2026, Anthropic announced Project Glasswing: a coalition of major technology companies centered on an AI model capable of autonomously finding and exploiting software vulnerabilities that had survived decades of human review. The
technical details are not the point. The point is that AI capabilities have outpaced most organizations' policies.

Before AI touches your executive's work, answer these three questions.
Google's responsible AI team built a toolkit for developers shipping AI products. Buried inside it is a framework that has nothing to do with software and everything to do with protecting your reputation as an operator. They call it a content policy. The concept translates simply: before you use AI for anything executive-facing, decide what it's allowed to do. Most developers skip this step. Most CoS professionals do too.
