I'm Stephanie Bennett. I'm based in Alpharetta, GA, originally from Florida, and I've been professionally figuring things out since before that was a job title. I started in sales and eventually ran teams. That taught me how to read a room, manage competing priorities, and stay useful when things are messy. Which, it turns out, is basically the entire job description for a Chief of Staff. I found my way into the CoS world and never looked back.
Now I work as a fractional CoS, supporting multiple clients across startups and SMBs. No two weeks look the same. I'm also a Fellow at the Chief of Staff Roundtable, the founder of AI Empowered CoS, and ForceVue with my husband because he needed a tool that didn't exist.
